Kids In Motion

In 2015 Hammer and Tong, in partnership with Balik Arts and funded by Children in Need, held workshops for children aged 8 – 14 years. The children, supported by the practitioners, wrote and developed a script for their own short film. They learned the basics of camera work, sound and directing which increased their confidence and self-esteem. They were all very excited when the Mayor attended a viewing for family and friends. This workshop is ideal for children in pupil referral units, after school clubs, youth clubs and school holiday projects.
